After a career in retail he joined Hazlewood Foods, where he worked for 12 years, becoming the director in charge of a large food manufacturing business.
In 1999, encouraged by a quality food multiple retail customer, Tony became the major shareholder in a new business venture, gaining the financial support to build a 20000 square foot chilled food manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. Making only the highest quality cooked meat products, the company expanded rapidly. Hugely successful, when the business sold in 2012, turnover exceeded £18m.

I have been a music publisher for over 18 years (14 of those years as a co-venture with Warner Chappell). I have had over 50 songs recorded in Country, Pop, and R&B music (over 55 million albums sold). These include a Grammy for Best Country Song in 2005, ACM Song of the year 2003, ACM Song of the Year 2004, CMA nominee Song of the Year 2005, and 2013 CMA Song of The Year Nominee. We have had over 30 songs recorded for film. I have been the music supervisor on several films and recently received an award from the Nashville Musicians Union Local 257 for recording over 400 sessions using Union Musicians. I am a member of NARAS (Grammy Association), Country Music Association (CMA), Association of Country Music (ACM) and the first non-writer member of the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI).
